A full service certified public accounting firm - We provide high-quality, professional accounting, auditing, tax preparation, and management advisory services to a diverse clientele.  We are committed to developing and maintaining personalized relationships with our clients.

Specialization - The majority of our clients are involved in the development, syndication, construction and management of real estate, including single and multifamily housing projects.  Approximately 75 percent of our audits are conducted pursuant to the government auditing standards for multifamily housing projects insured by the Department of Housing and Urban Development and financed by Rural and Economic Community Development.   

A skilled staff - Every member of our professional staff is an accountant with a four-year degree from an accredited college or university.  Each must complete a minimum of 120 hours of continuing professional education over a three-year period, as well as meet the continuing professional education requirements set forth in the General Accounting Office's “yellow book.”  All staff members are trained with the most up-to-date accounting software and tax packages available.  We make a conscientious effort to further our knowledge of cutting-edge technology and incorporate it into our strategy to provide the finest quality work.

Superior peer reviews - We have undergone five peer reviews since enrolling in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' quality review program in 1990.  Each time we have received an unqualified opinion letter: this means that the firms’ system of ensuring quality control is effective and assures that our audit and accounting engagements are performed in accordance with AICPA and Government standards.
